exploring emerging challenges and new concepts related to all aspects of electrical and computer engineering.
MI-STA’2023 is intended to provide an international forum for those who wish to present their latest research results, innovative ideas, and experiences in the fields of Automatic Control Applications Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Technologies, and Applications, Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, Signal Processing, and Telecommunications. This conference will also provide an excellent opportunity to meet experts, exchange information, and strengthen the collaboration among researchers, engineers, and scholars from both academia and industry while enjoying the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Benghazi city, coupled with the friendliness of its people. The MI-STA’2023 technical program will have different types of sessions: plenary lectures (given by leading experts in the field), regular and invited sessions, tutorial sessions, and special sessions along with workshops and exhibits.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in conference proceedings and will be “submitted to IEEE Xplore® — the IEEE Digital Library” as IEEE reserves the right to not publish any proceedings that do not meet IEEE’s quality standards. Authors of selected papers accepted for publication in MI-STA’2023 proceedings will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers to the conference-related journals.
