Registration
In order for a paper to be published in the IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper

Conference registration includes access to all technical sessions, invited speakers, coffee breaks, the reception, conference materials, and social events.

**Students must provide, concurrently with the Registration Form, an official university letter confirming their status as full-time students and the degree program in which they are enrolled.”
