The 2026 IEEE 5th International Maghreb Meeting of the conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control and computer engineering (MI-STA 2026) is an IEEE technically co-sponsored event dedicated to addressing emerging challenges and exploring innovative concepts across all domains of electrical and computer engineering. This event will be held during April 05-07, 2026, in Sebha city, Libya. The MI-STA 2026 is organized and sponsored by the University of Sabha (Sebha, Libya) and the University of Sfax (Sfax, Tunisia). The event is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Libya Sub-Section, IEEE Tunisia Section, IEEE Region 8, the Libya AP/COM Joint Chapter, the Libya CS/SP Joint Chapter, the Libya IES Chapter and Tunisia Section CS Chapter.
MI-STA 2026 offers a premier international platform for researchers, professionals, and scholars to present their latest findings, innovative concepts, and practical experiences across various fields, including Automatic Control Applications, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Computer Technologies, Renewable Energy, Smart Grids, Signal Processing, and Telecommunications. This conference serves as an excellent venue for networking, exchanging knowledge, and fostering collaborations between academia and industry. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The format of the paper must be prepared according to the IEEE template (allotted 6 proceedings pages with the option to pay for up to 2 extra pages). All manuscripts should be written in English and be in 2-column format.
